Jess Adams
I’ve always been a very keen sportsperson and was selected for all A-teams at school - I held county times in both breast and back stroke.
Now a full time golfer I have been playing since I picked up a club at the age of 13 and had my first lesson at Worplesdon. During my six years of playing golf I have represented England Regional Squads, Surrey Girls and Surrey Ladies 1st teams.
As well as playing in the UK I’ve taken part in tournaments in Europe and the UAE.
Below is a list of some of the tournaments I have played in.
Golfing Achievements:
Turned Professional in May 2021 at the Rose Ladies Series at Woburn
Won Surrey U18 Championships, Surrey Ladies Championships in the same year and Surrey order or merit.
Finished first in the Oceanica Championships Portugal
Qualified for the Junior European Open in Spain sponsored by Sky Sports three years in a row
In 2019 I was part of the winning team at Morgado in Portugal. We bought back the Home Nations Inter Club Championships Cup to Burhill. This is a year long competition involving all clubs in the UK.
I was part of the Surrey First team that reached the National Finals in 2018 and 2019.
Since the age of fifteen I have played in the English Girls and English Ladies National Tournaments as well as the Welsh and Irish Womens Championships with multiple top 10 finishes
I took part in the Faldo Series 2019 Final in Al Ain UAE and came 3rd competing against the top amateurs from Brazil and the US
Ladies European Tour School La Manga Club 2020 gained my Access Tour Card which will now carry through until the end of 2021.
I have spent the last 6 months playing on the Clutch Pro Tour as an amateur getting used to competing against male and females professionals.
